Please be advised that our services now require adequate preparation time to ensure the treatment area is properly set up, which may involve the use of specific products. In light of this, we kindly ask for your cooperation in adhering to the following guidelines when scheduling or canceling appointments:

  • All appointments must be secured with a credit card on file at the time of booking, unless otherwise has spoken with Miranda.
  • We respectfully request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations. Cancellations made on the same day as the appointment or failure to attend will result in a 50% charge of the treatment fee or lose a service from your pre-pays should you have them, unless in cases of emergencies.
  • Clients who exhibit a pattern of repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations will be subject to a 50% charge of the treatment fee to secure their next appointment.

We understand that these updated policies may seem stringent, but they are essential to protect the integrity of our business and the valuable time of our practitioners.
