Appointments must be made in advance and are subject to availability.
We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
No-shows may also be charged a fee or lose the deposit.

5. Payment

All treatments must be paid for at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.
We accept cash and all major credit cards.
Any promotional offers or packages must be used within the stated timeframe and are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

6. Medical Information

Clients are required to disclose all relevant medical history, including allergies, medical conditions, or medications that may affect the suitability of treatments.

All clients must sign a waiver before receiving certain medical treatments.

Cancellation Policy

Attention Valued Clients,

Please be advised that our services now require adequate preparation time to ensure the treatment area is properly set up, which may involve the use of specific products. In light of this, we kindly ask for your cooperation in adhering to the following guidelines when scheduling or canceling appointments:

All appointments must be secured with a credit card on file at the time of booking, unless otherwise has spoken with Miranda.

We respectfully request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations. Cancellations made on the same day as the appointment or failure to attend will result in a 50% charge of the treatment fee or lose a service from your pre-pays should you have them, unless in cases of emergencies.

Clients who exhibit a pattern of repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations will be subject to a 50% charge of the treatment fee to secure their next appointment.

We understand that these updated policies may seem stringent, but they are essential to protect the integrity of our business and the valuable time of our practitioners.
